Q: How do I submit a mobile phone claim?

A: I can submit a claim authorization for you. I just need a little information.

Step 1: Verify member and business account

First, please verify the name of your business.

Action:

Verify that the caller is a person listed as an owner on the Premium Business Account.

Follow applicable Security Service Member Identification Procedures.

If yes, click HERE for the Mobile Entitlement Form. Complete the information on the form and click submit.

Step 2: Verify important claim requirements (When and What)

Action:

  1. Ask: What type of incident took place on your mobile phone?

    • If the incident was indicated as theft, the owner can file their claim immediately.

    • If the incident was accidental damage, determine if the owner can file a claim. Coverage goes into effect on the first of the month following the date they opened their Business account.

  2. Click HERE to complete all the information on the Entitlement Form.

  3. After submitting the form, relay to the member that they will receive an email with a link to the mobile claim form that they will need to complete and submit.

A: I can help you connect with our Legal Club services who will assign an attorney for you.

Step 1:

First, please verify the name of your business.

Action:

Verify the caller is an owner on a Premium Business Checking Account.

Follow applicable Security Service Member Identification Procedures.

Step 2:

I can transfer you to the Legal Club of America and I’ll also provide you with a phone number for you to contact them directly. You are not pre-enrolled in this service so be sure to let them know you receive this service at no cost through Security Service Federal Credit Union as your Group Sponsor. They will ask you a couple of questions about the type of service you need before referring you to an Attorney. Before I transfer you, are you ready for the number to call them directly?

Action:

Provide phone number, 800-305-6816 and cold transfer the member's call.
